I use the gautrain for my daily commute and I am sure we could swap tonnes and tonnes of stories. I kind of now “know” certain people;-) One of my most recent interesting experiences – taking the south bound train at 6.40am and having to stand all the way to my stop because it was very full and it was the 8 car train (didn’t realise people got out so early in the day). Like my colleague puts it she feels like sardines packed into a can on days like that 🙂 😉

You would never catch me on the train that early…. I catch whichever train I get after 7:10am 🙂
I’ve heard how busy it can be. And I was actually in a situation before… Not pleasant but I just wanted to get home…
